With over a decade of experience in academic leadership and human development, he currently serves as a Coordinating Principal and Cambridge Programme Principal, where he leads strategic initiatives that drive academic excellence, character formation, and spiritual growth.
John is the founder of Rebound Consulting, an educational and leadership consultancy dedicated to empowering schools, educators, and young people to achieve sustainable success. His work focuses on teacher development, school transformation, student leadership, and institutional strategy, with a strong emphasis on values-based education.
As a passionate educator, John teaches French and has trained numerous teachers and school leaders in effective instructional practices, student engagement, and classroom management.
